 Open the Meeting:

1.  Call to Order – The special meeting of the 91传媒 Public School District Board of Education is called to order of February 16^th at 5:30 p.m. in the High School Library.
2. The Nebraska Open Meetings Law is posted in the High School Library.
3. Meeting date, time, and place was posted at the 91传媒 High School, 91传媒 Elementary, 91传媒 City Hall, and published in the 91传媒 News.
4. Roll Call

Discussion/Action Items:

1. Discuss superintendent applicants
2. Choose a contract format
3. Consent Agenda
   1. Minutes from January 5^th, January 26^th, and February 13^th

If, during the course of the meeting, a discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in a closed meeting, the board will conduct a closed meeting in accordance with the Nebraska Open Meeting Law.
